Returns Policy


SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

You may return any item for any reason within 15 days from the date your order is delivered. You must ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping any merchandise back to Red Star Hobbies. You will be responsible for the shipping fees necessary to return your merchandise to us.

All items must be received in good condition in the original unopened packaging. We will check your returned merchandise to make sure there are no missing parts.

Once we have inspected the item and it is in good condition, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid (less any discounts).

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer. This includes items with missing parts. DO NOT RETURN ITEM(S) TO RED STAR HOBBIES.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MERCHANDISE

You should refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged in transit. If you have accepted a shipment and you discover any DITM , please contact us immediately by email.

Do not throw away any of the packaging as the shipping company may want to inspect it before handling a claim.

Once we have instituted a claim for the damaged merchandise, we will replace the items(s) or if the merchandise is no longer available we will issue you a refund for the damaged item(s) less any discounts.
